The Challenge
As an audio publisher with 44m monthly podcast listeners across a network of 40k micro podcasts, Audacy needs to source the best possible inventory to enable brands to reach highly engaged, precisely targeted audiences at scale across multiple hosting platforms.
When the company set out to launch a new audio advertising business - Audacy Creator Exchange - they needed an experienced, flexible adops team with a niche skillset across multiple areas of digital operations.
Specifically, they required expertise in tracking pixel URLs across many different measurement and ad systems. Today, adops.com supports this end-to-end Creator Exchange business on a daily basis. They work closely with the internal adops team to traffic and manage ad campaigns within Audacy’s proprietary OMS, and help with campaign-specific tasks such as setting up tracking tags, pacing, and creative management.
This level of technical support allows campaign managers to shift their focus to core activities such as planning, driving more business, and managing dozens of internal and external relationships.
